INTER MAKE SANCHEZ NUMBER ONE TARGET YET AGAIN

Serie A giant are targeting a return to elite European football so they want the best legs to help them.

The club reportedly wants Arsenal’s playmaker Alexis Sanchez so bad that they have made him the number one target yet again despite previous attempts to lure the player failing.

The club is backed by wealthy Suning Group so they are willing to flex their financial muscles to lure Paris St Germain talent Marco Verratti and Marquinhos as well.

Inter Milan badly want to replicate the successes they were known for in the past. The 2010 World Cup champions were even rumoured to be interested in attempting a near impossible – luring five-time Ballon d’Or champ Lionel Messi away from the Nou Camp. Interim manager Stefano Pioli allegedly killed such pipe dream but top football news source Corriere dello Sport claim that the light has been refocused on landing arguably the best Premier League player this term Sanchez next summer.

After Suning Commerce Group completed an almost 70 stake investment in the company, they raise the ambition level of the club in a bid to recoup their financial stake. Defender Matteo Darmian and striker Federico Bernardeschi are also part of the plans, the report adds.

Inter Milan changed managers when they fired Frank de Boer and it seems to be working as they have upturned their terrible start to the season. The Nerazzuri have enjoyed victories in the last six games. They place five points from the top three and are gearing up for something better.

The club would have to battle long term rival Juventus who equally want Sanchez this summer even though the Gunners are likely to entice the player to remain in London despite having just 18 months on his current deal.
